This beautiful TR2 has been subjected to a fully documented and meticulous nut and bolt restoration by well-known Cornish engineer.
Originally supplied to the UK market right hand drive with commission number TS4622 and registered 1 January 1955 and previously registered as POP464. Complete with huge history files including a photographic rebuild record and literally dozens of invoices detailing every purchased item in a huge A4 file and supporting contemporary road test and sales literature.
Due to the age of TR2’s and previous racing heritage, they are hugely eligible for a host of historic European racing and rallying including the fabulous annual Mille Miglia.
With rebuild costs to this level of now approaching £40-50,000, this represents an opportunity to acquire a historic (tax and MOT free) car at 2021values.

· Electrical system converted to alternator from dynamo.
· Full engine rebuild and cylinder head modifications to take unleaded fuel.

· Later steel wheels (TR5) to enable wider tyres to be fitted.
